I created an assignment to have some custom forms created on oDesk.com. I hired Shyam Rathore because he stated that he would finish the job in 1 day. The guy takes 50% of your money up front then doesnt complete anything. He keeps sending you emails “sorry I will finish it tonight I promise” but never does. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON.
