Its been awhile but finally a company worthy of being the first to be reported as the most dodgy companies and worthy of being listed on Liar List.

Flashy Syndrome is an Indian based company and they rip you off.

I purchased one of their products in Sept 2008 and to this very day it still doesnt work.

First of all they splash over their website “Installation included” - that is their first lie. I received no installation help what so ever.

2nd they give you instructions to install it, looking at how it is written a 5 year old probably would do better.

So a few weeks go by I finally get it installed and there is a “DEFINED ERROR” so I email their support, get a response they want FTP details, so I give them that and never hear from them again.

So I send them emails 1 a week asking for an update on the error as I want to use the product that I purchased and paid lots of money for.

6 Weeks later they send me a file that was suppose to be included with the product but this is a file to change the looks, nothing to do with the Error.

so off again sending them a email a week asking for the error to be fixed so I can use the product.

Another 6 weeks goes by and I get an email from them asking again for FTP details and that  quoted
Hi Jason,

Thank you for the information!
I will take care of the configuration for you tomorrow morning.

So here is another lie, 4 weeks has gone by and still no fix to a product I purchased back in Sept 2008 so I send off another email and I get this response from them:

“I will take a look at your configuration whenever I get a chance”

So my advice to you is dont buy anything from  Flash Syndrome, they just take your money, give you a product that doesnt work and then provide no support what so ever.

These guys from India are stealing from you and should be shut down.
